Searching by Title: Step 1

In this tutorial, you'll conduct a title search for Ernest Hemingway's novel For Whom the Bell Tolls on Boston College's online library catalog, Quest. (Note that although you might not attend Boston College, your school's online library catalog will have similar search options.)

If you would like to complete the steps in this tutorial on your own, please visit the Boston College library catalog at http://www.bc.edu/quest and carry out the following steps:

1. Choose "Titles beginning with" from the Search Type drop-down menu.
2. Type the title For Whom the Bell Tolls in the Search For field.
3. Click on the Search button.
4. Click on the Continue button below.
