Chapter 14: Using an Outline to Draft Your Document

The transition from outline to first draft does not have to be difficult. A good outline already includes almost everything you’ll need in your draft. Your job now is to expand the shorthand of your outline into full sentences and paragraphs. Create a first draft relatively painlessly by fleshing out each heading, subheading, and supporting point in your outline.
