JENNY MING

Below you'll find screenshots of an online portfolio by Jenny Ming, a graphic design student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Take a few minutes to examine the shots and think about how the portfolio considers its audience, circumstances, and purposes.

  1. Layout is clean and inviting, with sky motif repeated at the top of each screen.
  2. Drop-out white text makes name stand out against photo backdrop.
  3. White space gives page an uncluttered feel; use of the same color for text and graphic elements unifies each page.

  2. Clicking on a menu item brings up a tabbed display, with visuals and text, of that category of Jenny Ming's work.
