Welcome to the Texas Tech University Custom Grammar Diagnostic Site. Once you begin this diagnostic, you must complete it in its entirety. After you complete the diagnostic, you may not attempt it again at a later time. You must submit the diagnostic before 60 minutes has passed or else the program will expire, and you will have to login and start the diagnostic again.

PLEASE NOTE: We suggest that you complete this online diagnostic using a computer with a secure internet connection. Dial-up connections are not recommended.

After completing the diagnostic, submit it by clicking the [SUBMIT] button at the bottom of the page. If you close the window before submitting your responses, you will not receive a score.

The diagnostic requires four (4) steps:
  1. If you are a new user, sign up using the links to the left.
  2. If you are a returning user, log in using the login box to the left.
  3. Select which diagnostic you want to take, and submit your answers.
  4. View your diagnostic report to see your results by grammar topic.
