Indicate such notes in your text by superscript numerals 1. Type the notes themselves on a separate page after the last page of the text, under the heading Footnotes, which should be centered at the top of the page. Double-space all entries. Indent the first line of each note one-half inch, or five spaces, but begin subsequent lines at the left margin. Superscript numeral in text
